		<description>Thanks for the interesting and very timely article. Our own 200 person firm has a KM team that is constantly trying to access the information/technology needs of our organization. Great to see an article about KM specifically focused on AEC firms. Very helpful to have the differences between tacit and emplicit knowledge in a design organization so clearly stated. Even in an organization as small as ours, it is challenging to try to overcome the information silos that exist. KM seems to be mean so many different things to different people. Big challenge is not having IT solutions drive KM. I hope you write future articles on this important topic.</description>
